The Jets Mountain Biking Team competes in the Spring against other club teams across Alabama. Mountain biking is open to all riders, boys and girls, 6th - 12th grades. The Jets team includes all students zoned for James Clemens High School, which includes all Liberty Middle School students as well as Journey Middle School students who are zoned for James Clemens High School as well as homeschooled students. (Journey Students who are zoned for Bob Jones High School may join the "Patriots Mountain Bike Team" at patriotsmtbteam.wixsite.com)

The team's goals are to promote fitness, sportsmanship, and fun for middle and high school riders.
